Terms and Conditions

Due to the nature of Wood’n Metal Shoppe’s products, all sales are final.

Everything in my shop is handmade and I strive for highest quality and detail when I make something.

If I can not achieve this when I make something or it does not look right, I will not sell it.

With that being said. The material I mostly use is wood. I climatize all wood that is in my shop so that it is stable for the end product.

Payment

We accept all Credit Cards and PayPal.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. However, if there is a problem or a malfunction of some sort, we will offer a full refund or exchange upon return of the product and a complete inspection.

No refunds will be offered if there is normal wear and or abuse of the product. Or if the product was used in a way that is not intended.

Additional Information

As I described above, most of what I make are one of a kind items. There are a few items that I can make multiples of, but will not look the same.

That is due to the beauty and nature of Wood, Resin colors and Leather, all are unique in its own way.

If a particular species of wood or a type of Leather is not available at the time. An alternative will be offered or suggested that can be similar.

Availability of leather varies depending on demand and supply. Some varieties of leather are also a one time purchase and can not be resupplied

Some leather can take several weeks to be delivered.

Shipping & Handling

All in stock items are usually shipped within 24 hours after receiving the sale. But due to any sale received on weekends or holidays will take longer.

And because most of my products are a one of a kind item. I do not and will not save costs on shipping.

All items will be shipped with a tracking number and Insured. If an item is lost or damaged, it usually can not be replaced. No exceptions.

All items are shipped by Canada Post.

Domestic shipping within Canada is shipped Expedited Parcel, tracked and insured.

United States, including Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped Expedited Parcel USA Air, tracked and insured.

All other International orders, (excluding the USA) will be shipped Tracked Packet or Parcel International Air and also Insured.

If you want an item shipped via a Courier Service. Please email me before you place an order.

If an item is shipped with a Courier Service other than Canada post. It will still be shipped Tracked and Insured.

All Taxes, Duties, Brokerage, and or Custom Fees are the Customers responsibility.

Shipping costs and Credit Card/PayPal fees are non-refundable.

All items are packaged very well to prevent any sort of damage or loss.

I also try and reuse and recycle any packaging if at all possible
